Terms, rules & conditions

Terms and Conditions 1. The scheme is open to all customers aged 18 and above who complete the required registration and comply the terms. 2. Customers can enrol by duly filing the enrolment form with the proper address and identification document and start paying the instalment 3. Payments must be made for the selected tenure consecutive months without interruption. 4. One instalment is permitted per month which shall be paid on or before 10th of every month. 5. Multi instalment per month is not accepted. 6. Redemption is allowed during the said tenure from the selected scheme. Ex: If it is 11 months then redemption by 12th month. 7. The Redemption shall be made after maturity and shall not be extended beyond 365 days so it this hasn’t been redeemed then the total paid amount shall be transferred to the registered bank account with no benefits or interest whatsoever. 8. The paid amount is nonrefundable and shall be used only against the jewellery purchase. 9. Gst and other applicable charges and taxes will be charged as per prevailing government rules and are subject to change. 10. Customers may be required to provide KYC documents, address proof, mobile number and bank details. 11. Any disputes is subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai. 12. The company reserved the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the scheme without prior notice 13. Enrolment in the scheme implies acceptance of all terms and conditions.
